all beverages are billed per consumption. You can choose to host or not to host beverages for your guests by choosing one of the following options:

  1. Host sponsored open bar: bar is covered by the host
  2. Limited host sponsored bar: Drink tickets can be distributed to your guests (by host) and the bar is billed per consumption for the amount of drink tickets redeemed by guests
  3. Cash bar: your guests pay for their own beverages

the barn
located in historic Olde Towne, Blue Tractor Barbeque offers a new take on "old school" cuisine. The Barn is a comfortable open space that is perfect for groups of twenty to sixty. This space is ideal for casual luncheons, team meetings, after hours gatherings, rehearsal dinners and birthday celebrations of all ages! Please use following information as a guide as we are happy to customize a menu to better fit your event.

  • the barn can accommodate a minimum of 20 guests and a maximum of 60 guests. For private functions, the facilities fee is $250 (20 guest minimum requirement)
  • the barn has a street side patio that weather permitting can be enjoyed by your guests
  • the barn is yours for 3 hours
